Approved messaging rules. Partners may not create or modify medical claims.

Effective date
August 1, 2026
Applies to
All partners

Core rule

Partners promote access to a telehealth platform. Partners do not promote medications, clinical outcomes or treatment plans. Partners may not create, edit, paraphrase or extend medical claims of any kind, including claims contained in approved assets.

Approved messaging

  • Describe Connect Med as a telehealth platform that connects people with licensed providers.
  • Describe the process: sign up, complete an intake, get evaluated by a licensed provider, and receive care if clinically appropriate.
  • Use Connect Med-provided assets, screenshots, copy blocks and disclaimers without modification.
  • State clearly that eligibility and any treatment are determined solely by a licensed provider.

Prohibited messaging

  • Naming or promoting specific medications, doses, compounds or brand-name drugs.
  • Before-and-after imagery, weight-loss amounts, timelines, cure claims, safety claims or efficacy claims.
  • "Guaranteed approval", "guaranteed prescription", "no doctor needed", or any statement implying a clinical outcome is assured.
  • Earnings guarantees, income claims presented as typical, or recruitment messaging framed as employment.
  • Targeting minors, or targeting individuals based on sensitive health conditions inferred from third-party data.
  • Using Connect Med brand names in paid search keywords, ad domains, app names or social handles without written approval.
  • Unsolicited bulk email, SMS blasts, robocalls or messaging that violates CAN-SPAM, TCPA or platform rules.

Required disclaimers

Promotional content must include the partner's FTC disclosure and, where earnings are illustrated, a statement that examples are illustrations only and results vary. Content must not imply that the partner is a healthcare provider, employee or agent of Connect Med.

Review and enforcement

Connect Med may request review of any partner content before or after publication and may require correction or removal. Violations may result in commission reversal, payout hold, suspension or termination. Compliance administrators maintain state, service, product and program eligibility rules and may restrict promotion in specific jurisdictions.

Questions

Questions about this document, program eligibility or compliance obligations may be directed to Connect Med partner support at support@myconnectmed.com. Connect Med compliance administrators are the final authority on program eligibility, payout holds, commission reversals and program exclusions.

This document is provided for program transparency and is not legal advice. Connect Med partners are independent contractors and are not healthcare providers. Referral compensation is never tied to medication selected, prescriptions issued, treatment chosen, provider decisions or amount spent.
