1. Agreement and acceptance
This Distributor Partner Agreement governs participation in the Connect Med Distributor Partner Program. It applies once an application is approved and the Partner is activated in the platform. Enrollment is subject to approval by Connect Med and may require verification of identity, business information and state eligibility.
2. Program economics
Tier assignment is determined by approval order and is recorded in the partner dashboard. Monthly tier fees, where applicable, are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. Lapsed or cancelled accounts may lose a promotional tier rate and may be re-enrolled at the then-current standard rate.
- There is no fee to join the Distributor Partner Program.
- Founding Partner tier: $0 per month, reserved for the first 100 approved partners, $0/month for life while the account remains active.
- Early Partner tier: $150 per month, partners 101–300, locked in as long as the account stays active.
- Standard Partner tier: $500 per month, partners 301 and beyond, at the standard program rate.
- Compensation is a flat $50.00 USD per qualified referral. Connect Med takes a 0% cut of that partner compensation.
- Payouts are released once the accumulated balance reaches the $100.00 USD threshold, in accordance with the Payout & Tax Terms.
3. Qualified referrals
A referral is qualified only when the referred person completes the qualifying enrollment action, the referral is attributed to the Partner's assigned code through Connect Med's server-side tracking, the referral clears fraud and duplication screening, and any review period elapses without cancellation or reversal.
Referral compensation is never tied to the medication selected, prescriptions issued, treatment chosen, provider decisions, amount spent by a referred person, or any clinical outcome. Compensation is paid only on a qualified referral event as defined by the applicable program terms.
4. Partner obligations
- Operate in accordance with the Marketing Compliance Policy and FTC Disclosure Policy.
- Maintain any licenses, registrations or permits required for the Partner's own business activity.
- Never make medical, diagnostic, treatment, outcome or earnings-guarantee claims.
- Never collect, store or transmit protected health information (PHI).
- Maintain accurate business, banking and tax information and promptly report changes.
- Comply with all applicable federal and state laws, including anti-kickback, fee-splitting, patient-brokering and healthcare marketing rules.
5. Accounts, data and confidentiality
Partners receive access to a partner dashboard containing referral, commission and payout data. That data is Connect Med confidential information and may be used only to operate the Partner's participation in the program. Partners may not scrape, resell or redistribute platform data.
6. Suspension, holds and termination
Connect Med may place a payout hold, suspend or terminate a Partner account for suspected fraud, compliance risk, non-payment of tier fees, inactivity or breach of this Agreement. Either party may terminate with written notice. Qualified, approved and unreversed commissions earned before termination remain payable unless the termination results from fraud or a material compliance violation.
7. Independent contractor status
Distributor Partners are independent contractors and are not employees, agents or healthcare providers of Connect Med. See the Independent Contractor Notice.
8. Disclaimers, liability and indemnity
The program is provided "as is". Income examples published on this site are mathematical illustrations and are not earnings guarantees. Connect Med's aggregate liability under this Agreement will not exceed the compensation paid to the Partner in the twelve months preceding the claim. Partners indemnify Connect Med against claims arising from their promotional activity or breach of this Agreement.
